Wacoal is a manufacturer of women's lingerie and underwear, founded in 1949 in Japan by Koichi Tsukamoto. The company has divisions in North America and Europe, and manufactures the brands Wacoal, b.tempt'd, Elomi, Eveden, Fantasie, Freya, Lively, and Goddess.

Julia V. from Laguna Beach, CA claims in a review for YELP that Wacoal has a RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL UNHELPFUL Customer Service! "I have been a Wacoal customer for over 20 years ...purchasing 100's of the Wacoal Embrace Lace "boyshort" at $32 per pair. Out of these 100's I had 1 pair that discolored horribly ... I sent photos into Wacoal of this panty next to about a dozen other pair of my Embrace panties. They sent back an automated form letter re-shipping this panty to them at MY own cost and they will "review" it! INSANE !!! I wrote a 2nd time -- same response. lazy, inefficient customer service. A pity!"

Tell the world why Wacoal sucks!

"Wacoal America has given me an opportunity to learn about team work and improve my organization skills. It's opened me to new perspective on retail industry. However, the work is repetitive."

Picker/Packer (Current Employee) says

"A great opportunity to work and learn different things about the job. Biggest con, the environment. Too much competition between coworkers and not enough harmony."

Assistant Store Manager (Current Employee) says

"Productive place to work. Depends on the division, you can progress on your employment. Everyone is very friendly and easy to reach if needed."

Manager Inventory/Cost Accounting (Former Employee) says

"Small company with quality products and very team oriented."

Valued Customer says

"As far as customer support they get ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️!!! The boy short everyday shapers I’d ordered in size 3X which equates to the sizing chart were too a little too tight and hot! The representative kindly offered to send me something to replace them. After looking, I thought perhaps the everyday scoop neck cami would work. In U.S sizes I wear a 2X with is 22-24 woman’s. I ordered the in 4X to be sure they’d fit. Very very disappointed ☹️. I couldn’t get it over my arms. Had my friend try and pull it down because it rolled up in a bunch encasing my arms and it was painfull. It was hysterical as she pulled over me. It sure gave my a breast lift but the rest of my body was smushed. The product says made in China. I don’t know what their idea of a 4X but it certainly isn’t the same as the U.S. I think it’s a great product for regular sized women who just want smoothness for form fitting clothing. I’ve seen the videos of the larger ladies putting them on and all I can say is those must have been taylor made to their sizes. My sister is a size small-medium and she had difficulty pulling it on."

Traci Romero says

"This web site is the best they arrive on time, their sizes are actually the right size, quick delivery I'll be ordering more"

Christie Teats says

"Quality isn't what it says , no support and it rolls. I sent for a return for a refund and was charged $4.95 refund fee.......maybe they should put that out so the customer knows before hand. They do not charge you the refund fee if it is an exchange. I will stick with the other companies that i did business with."

Erika Ramirez says

"I wont recommend it I bought the shorts and its a total lie they kept rolling down so disappointed its not worth it."
